"I Wasn't Like 'This Is the Woman I'm Going to Marry'" When I First Met Chrissy Teigen - John Legend

John Legend, nine-time Grammy winner, admitted to Los Angeles Confidential magazine that it wasn't love at first sight when he met his now-wife Chrissy Teigen seven years ago.

"Not right away," Legend, 35, admitted. "I’m more cautious than that. I wasn’t like, ‘This is the woman I’m going to marry’ from day one. For me I’m the kind of person who needs to grow into that feeling. It was probably a couple of years in when I could already see us being together forever."

The couple, who met on the set of Legend's "Stereo" music video in 2007, wed in September 2013. And given the lyrics behind Legend's hit song "All of Me," which he wrote about Teigen, it's safe to say he's grown into the feeling.
