Zambia's president Michael Sata is dead

Zambian president, Michael Sata, has died in in a London hospital where he was being treated for an undisclosed illness. He was 77 years old.

He died shortly after 11pm on Tuesday 28th October 2014 at London’s King Edward VII hospital.

Sata’s wife, Christine Kaseba, and his son, were at the 77-year-old president’s side when he died.
