Son beheads mother and kicks her head across street

A middle aged man beheaded his mother and kicked her head across a busy street, before committing suicide by jumping in front of a train, the Mirror reported.

The body of a woman in her 60s was found in a New York street with her severed head found on the opposite side.

Minutes after the woman's body was discovered, a man in his 30s, believed to be her son was hit by a train, close to the murder scene.

Witnesses who saw the incident have said that they would need counseling to get over what they witnessed. Many thought it was a Halloween hoax before realising the reality of the incident.
