Chelsea Clinton has given birth to a baby girl, Charlotte

The daughter of formal President of United states of America, Chelsea Clinton has added a new member to the family. She gave birth to a baby girl in the late hours of Friday.

Bill and Hillary become grandparents for the first time after the birth of their grand daughter.

Announcing the news on Twitter, Ms Clinton wrote shortly before midnight - four days before the expected due date: “Marc and I are full of love, awe and gratitude as we celebrate the birth of our daughter, Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky.”

Proud first-time grandfather Bill retweeted her post.
