Fernando Torres joins AC Milan on a two years loan

Chelsea striker Fernando Torres is to join AC Milan on a two-year loan deal. Fernando Torres won the Champions League, Europa League and FA Cup during his time at Chelsea.

This move is subject to him agreeing personal terms and passing a medical on Saturday.
Torres was only able to score 20 goals in 110 league appearances during his years at Stamford Bridge,
