The 34-year-old reality starlet stressed in the premiere episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" how much trouble she and her rapper husband are having with conceiving a sibling for their daughter North West.
In a preview clip for Season 10 of the long-running E! show, Kardashian revealed she "might have to try a surrogate."
"The doctor said when I have sex I have to lay down for, like, 10 to 20 minutes, so, I just had sex before you guys got here. He said it takes 10 minutes for a sperm to swim up there," Kardashian told her half-sister Kendall Jenner in a very personal moment during Sunday's show.
"I'm going to wait like 5 more minutes just for this to marinate inside of me."
"I am so on a mission to get pregnant," she told her fertility doctor on camera.
